Why We Built This Site
Public access in Colorado depends on the custodian. Gunnison Combined Court keeps judicial case files, while the Gunnison County Sheriff's Office handles its own incident, service, and detention records. Municipal matters may remain with Gunnison, Crested Butte, Mt. Crested Butte, Marble, or Pitkin. Colorado Judicial also states that court records are not directly searchable through one public Judicial Branch database. A blank result from a calendar, payment screen, or custody roster therefore cannot prove that no warrant exists. The purpose here is to place verified agency contacts, official forms, and jurisdiction limits in one clear path. Final confirmation still comes from the court or law enforcement agency that maintains the record.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Colorado court, sheriff's office, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the Gunnison County Sheriff.s Office that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results, and their data is not an official warrant check.
